Impala is a hardware and software built for hotels to read and write data to the Property Management System (PMS). The design platform has all those interfaces pre-built and exposes them in a single, modern API – a universal hospitality API. The development of Impala is co-funded by Blakes Hotels London, Techstars, Metro and InSitu Asia– amongst others.

InSitu is an investor in Sensorflow, a tech startup that uses wireless sensors to gather real time data from within hotel rooms, providing insights, automating decision making and optimising any hotel’s energy efficiency that uses their product.

Liquid Lab

Change is inevitable, so InSitu not only embraces it but we take active steps to predict and drive it. Liquid Lab is a program launched by JLL Singapore in partnership with District6 to study “the Offices of Tomorrow.” By implementing scanners and making strategic changes to the office space, the program aims to gather data for office behaviour.

Hood Disrupt: Singapore's First Proptech Hackathon

August 2017 – We collaborated with Igloohome, an innovative smartlock company, to hold Singapore’s first ever proptech hackathon. InSitu Asia was the leading candidate to collaborate with, as we share the same progressive vision and encouragement in these events. This groundbreaking event was held over a weekend and District6 contributed by being the event sponsor and host.

We are a coworking space for businesses, organisations, and people who aspire to re-design the world for the coming generations. District6 consists of 24 offices, 4 meetings rooms, 5 telephone booths, a flex desk area with 60 seats, a large event space for up to 100 persons, a communal pantry and kurasu, an artisan coffee maker.
